Tamara is an HR Assistant at EJR-Quartz with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the National Technical University of Ukraine ‘Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute’.
She has over 15 years of experience in various administrative and HR positions in industries such as IT, fintech, travel, coaching and international organisations including IOM in Ukraine.
Tamara is adept at handling key HR operations, such as contract management, onboarding and orientation, payroll and benefits administration. She also ensures regular check-ins with employees and makes certain that our human resource practices align with local laws and regulations.
Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, she now lives in the Netherlands with her family. In her spare time, Tamara enjoys traveling, doing yoga, reading, helping people with nutritional knowledge, and volunteering to support refugees.
